The function of the Managing Authority has been delegated to the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Infrastructures, Department for Spatial Planning and Development of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

The Managing Authority is responsible for managing and implementing the operational programme of the ESPON programme and for the Coordination Unit.
