  • Territorial Cohesion & Coordination in the Baltic Sea Region

    Pärnu - 24- 25 April 2006

    This is a transnational Seminar aimed to discuss best ways to achieve territorial cohesion, balanced development and increase competitiveness by identifying challenges and possibilities for further spatial and regional development in the Baltic Sea Region (BSR) with a focus on transnational cooperation.

    The outcome of the seminar is to provide materials that will support the implementation of the Preliminary Coordination Plan for National Actions promoting Territorial Cohesion and Polycentric Development in the BSR, papers to be published and projects proposals for the future.

    This activity is lead by ECP Sweden. ECP Finland, ECP Norway, ECP Denmark and ECP Latvia are partners in this activity.
