The service contract shall analyse challenges and opportunities for development of entrepreneurship and attracting investments for business development in the cross-border areas at the EU external borders of Latvia, Lithuania and Romania.

The main outcome should be a concrete list of recommendations and support mechanisms in each stakeholder territory on development of entrepreneurship and attracting investments in the cross-border areas at the EU external border by using this specific location and other conditions as an asset.

Budget

The maximum available budget for this contract is EUR 250,000.00 (two hundred fifty thousand Euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.
