The Call for Tender concerns the outsourcing of HR administration and accounting support required for the operation of the ESPON EGTC as a legal entity in Luxembourg.

The services covered in the present call for tender are organised in 5 work packages and are subject to the purchase orders regime:

• Work package 1: Human Resource administration
• Work package 2: Accounting services
• Work package 3: Reporting
• Work package 4: VAT management
• Work package 5: Additional services

Budget

EUR 185,000.00 (One hundred and eighty-five thousand Euros), EXCLUSIVE of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.

Deadline

All tenders must be submitted in English language at the latest by 07 September 2018 at 15:00 CET.
