The Targeted Analysis shall test, validate, and refine the ESPON HERMES methodology on Material Cultural Heritage Satellite Account and shall develop a practical and scalable framework for its implementation across European territories. The geographical focus of the project shall primarily be on Austria, Sweden, Finland, Slovenia and Basque Country in Spain. 

Budget

The maximum available budget is EUR 250,000.00 (two hundred fifty thousand euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.

The deadline to submit tenders is 20 July 2026 at 15:00:00 CET
