ESPON at the European Week of Regions and Cities 2019

The European Week of Regions and Cities is the most important event on EU Regional Policy. For four days cities, regions, programmes and European Institutions showcase, in more than 100 workshops and debates, their capacity to create growth and jobs, implement European Union cohesion policy and prove the importance of the local and regional level for good European governance.

Starting in 2013, the event brings every October in Brussels some 6.000 participants decision-makers to practitioners, experts, researchers and journalists from the local, regional, national and European level.

This year, ESPON EGTC has an impressive presence in the European Week of Regions and Cities organising 9 sessions as Lead Partner, while participating as Partner to another 8. We will be also having a stand on Territorial Data in the Exhibition Area, together with the Eurostat, EJRC and others. ESPON we will be also present in the Masterclass on Cohesion Policy that is organised the day before the opening.

All the events are taking place in the SQUARE Convention Center, with the exception of the ETRF final conference that is taking place in the Committee of the Regions

Below, you can find the list of all our events and if you follow the links you will be redirected to the dedicated page we created for each one of them.
