The ESPON EGTC is recruiting a Lawyer to replace a permanent staff member for a fixed-term period of one year.

The new staff member is expected to take up the position as early as possible after the selection, and in any event by July 2017 at the latest, in order to support the implementation of the Single Operation financed by ESPON 2020 Cooperation Programme.

As lawyer you will be responsible for giving legal advice on matters in relation to EU regulations and Luxembourg law relevant for the implementation of the Single Operation under the ESPON 2020 Cooperation Programme. In this context, you will contribute with appreciation and interpretation of rules and their application in relation to the activities of the ESPON EGTC.
