The ESPON seminar is organised in cooperation with the Austrian Presidency of the EU Council and takes place on 5 - 6 December 2018 in Vienna. The objective is to discuss new narratives for territorial development in the context of the Territorial Agenda 2020. It will also debate on how place-based policies can impact mid and long-term Cohesion Policy goals.
