European elections are now over. The new Parliament and EU ministers will continue the negotiations on funding for the future Cohesion Policy. It is crucial to give sufficient time to prepare the new Programming period. A territorial approach in designing the new programmes is essential to ensure that resources will not be scattered and that the programmes will adapt to the needs of the people, not the borders of the administrations.
