Call for Targeted Analysis "ESPON European Research for Maritime Eco(nomic)clusters governance Strategy - ERMES"

The service contract ERMES shall focus on the reinforcement of land-sea interactions through policies and soft governance solutions that allow for the promotion of Blue Growth and the maximization of regional benefits of sustainable maritime spatial planning.

The main outcome will be a set of policy recommendations to support the establishment of a roadmap of urban-maritime spatial planning (UMSP) understood as spatial planning land-sea interactions, aimed at enhancing trade flows and business in urban maritime regions.

Budget: The maximum available budget for this contract is EUR 270,000.00 (two hundred and seventy thousand Euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.
