Latest ESPON Calls attracted 48 applications and 219 potential project partners

In total 48 proposals were submitted in the Calls.

Among 219 potential project partners applying for the Calls, 142 are public bodies, 32 are bodies governed by public law and 45 are private bodies.

The distribution of proposals by the four Priorities is as follows: 21 proposals in Priority 1, 9 in Priority 2, 16 in Priority 3 and 2 in Priority 4.

Evaluation of the applications will run till mid January 2012 and the results of the evaluation are expected to be tabled for the ESPON Monitoring Committee on February 2012.

5 April 2012 - Following the Monitoring Committee decision on the best proposals, 1 applicant submitted an appeal. The ESPON 2013 Programme gives this possibility in accordance with the Programme Manual, chapter 8.12.The decision of the Monitoring Committee following this request and the relevant follow-up is available below.
