Call for Tender ESPON post 2013 Ex-ante Evaluation
The main purpose of this call for tender is to conclude a service contract to carry out the ex-ante evaluation of the ESPON post 2013 Programme that will be implemented in the programming period 2014-2020. This call for tender, therefore, aims at recruiting an external, independent and qualified evaluator able to perform this service contract and the requested tasks, described in the terms of reference.
The services requested are further explained in the technical and administrative terms and conditions.
Budget
The maximum available budget for this contract is € 75.000,00 inclusive of all taxes (incl. VAT) and of all associated costs, i.e. with purchasing, producing the deliverables, the delivery costs as well as the travel and accommodation costs of the kick-off meeting of the contract, and of any other meeting envisaged.
