Capitalisation Strategy
This call for tenders aims at selecting a tenderer that will carry out the work of developing the Capitalisation Strategy of the ESPON 2013 Programme.
It shall provide aims and action lines for the different activities envisaged under Priority 4 of the ESPON 2013 Programme on how to best communicate and disseminate new evidence, knowledge and results for the Programme in order to create awareness, involvement and to build capacity around ESPON findings.
The range of activities can include channels and products such as media, publications, seminars/workshops, the ESPON Website, and other means that would be helpful to achieve the objectives set out.
The service requested shall include the following 3 elements:
- A capitalisation strategy of the ESPON 2013 Programme.
- An Action Plan 2009-2015 for the Capitalisation Strategy, including a realistic number of concrete actions covering the programme`s period in relation to activities under Priority 4.
- A proposal specification on the best feasible support of an external media bureau or similar in the implementation of the capitalisation actions envisaged, which can as well act as an external advisor in terms of capitalisation.
