Review of ESPON 2013 Procedures

The Call for Tender aims at selecting a service provider able to undertake a swift review of currently existing procedures with the aim of ensuring the simplest and most efficient implementation of the ESPON 2013 Programme within the rules set up by the EC Regulations and Luxembourg law.
