Updating Maps and Data on Creative Workforce as Bearer of Innovation

This procurement aims at selecting a tenderer able to carry out a service for “updating Maps and Data on Creative workforce as bearer of innovation” under the ESPON 2013 Programme.

The service requested comprehends the following deliveries: a short report (app. 20-25 pages); data collected and produced within the framework of this service, and respective metadata; updated ESPON maps; a table showing the regional transition between two periods considered; and reading and critical commenting of a draft version of the Territorial Observation no.5.

The maximum available budget for this contract is € 23.000,00 inclusive of all taxes (incl. VAT) and delivery costs. Tenders with a higher total price will be rejected.

The tenders have to consider in their calculation that the Luxembourg VAT rate of 15 % has to be covered by the contracting authority under this budget if VAT is not paid in the country of the contractor.
