The objective of the research is to identify relevant needed actions at the public administration level to support digital helpers (in terms of policy, tools, information, guides etc.) and identify how to create communities of helpers, and better support them in their role, empower them and promote the dissemination of good practices.

Budget

The maximum available budget is EUR 250,000.00 (two hundred fifty thousand Euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.
