Bringing innovative approaches in the policymaking process, the purpose of the service contract awarded following the Competitive Dialogue, is to develop a barometer on localised household income in Europe, which shall be designed as to be updated periodically. This Competitive Dialogue should define how to design and deliver a barometer, composed of new indicators measuring the long-term territorial evolution of household income at the subregional level, for the ESPON Programme area.

Budget

The maximum available budget is EUR 800.000,00 (excluding VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs) including EUR 15.000,00 per unsuccessful Candidate submitting a Final Tender

Deadline for submission of requests of participation is 04 March 2024 at 10.00 CET
