With this service contract, ESPON shall produce new territorial evidence on possible reorientation of development trajectories of the north-eastern EU border regions - South Karelia (FI), Ida-Viru (EE), Latgale (LV), Euroregion “Country of Lakes” (LT) – as they have been negatively impacted by the closure of cross-border exchange with Russia and the termination of the cross-border cooperation programmes following the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. 

Budget

The maximum available budget is EUR 250,000.00 (two hundred fifty thousand Euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.

Deadline

Deadline to submit the tender is 25 March 2024 at 11h00 (CET).
