This targeted analysis will cover the territory of the Republic of Ireland to assess the 41 “Decarbonising Zones” (DZ), selected by each of the 31 Irish municipalities. A DZ is a statutory spatial area where local authorities (LAs), together with communities, identify a range of solutions to address local, low-carbon energy, greenhouse gas emissions, and climate needs in innovative ways to reduce the amount of carbon produced. ITADZ will assist the Irish Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment, the national DZ Advisory Group and “core” Advisory Group, local authorities and other relevant stakeholders to better understand and deliver the new policy concept of DZs.

Budget

The maximum available budget is EUR 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand Euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.
