This targeted analysis aims to provide new insights on urban planning in dynamic metropolitan regions to match high demand for housing with limited land availability. This targeted analysis will identify the recent development trends in relation to the overall demand for land take in the metropolitan regions involved and map the current land use based on the communal masterplans and current strategic plans. Based on the specific foresight analyses and scenarios on climate change and land acquisition, it will produce an overview of the policy implications at the local and metropolitan level of the implementation of the EU No Net Land Take objective by 2050.

Budget

The maximum available budget is EUR 250,000.00 (two hundred fifty thousand Euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.
