The targeted analysis on Improving Local Intermediate Authorities' crises preparedness and territorial Resilience aims to identify strengths and weaknesses of the policy tools applied by the participating stakeholders for the management and prevention of natural risks and social crises with direct demographic and economic consequences.

The targeted analysis is also going to assess the efficacy and preparedness of stakeholders’ response mechanisms (monitoring, forecasting, emergency management) in order to improve their place-based resilience strategies.

The contract will be implemented through a standard service contract with the duration of 15 months. This public procurement will not be divided into lots.

The estimated value of this contract is of 250.000,00 EUR, excluding VAT, over the entire term of contract.
