[RE-BALANCE] - Achieving Regional Balance through the Renewable Energy Transition

The purpose of the study is to support the effective implementation of European Union (EU) Cohesion Policy and the Territorial Agenda 2030 (TA2030) together with a key thematic policy priority of the forthcoming Irish Presidency, which is ‘Territorial cohesion and Competitiveness: The Role of the Green Energy Transition in Driving Balanced Regional Development’.
While this study is focused on the Irish context, it can also provide insights for EU Member States on the spatial implications of sectoral EU climate and energy policies and targets, which are implemented through domestic land-use planning systems at national, regional and local levels.
Budget
The maximum available budget is EUR 120,000.00 (one hundred twenty thousand euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.

The deadline to submit tenders is 1 April 2026 at 15:00:00 CET
