This targeted analysis aims to support stakeholders in increasing renovation rates and improving renovation prioritisation through a coherent evidence base and practical guidance. It will combine policy alignment with EU objectives, place-based territorial diagnostics, and digitally enabled approaches to strengthen renovation planning and implementation in different territorial contexts.

Budget

The maximum available budget is EUR 250,000.00 (two hundred fifty thousand euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.

The deadline to submit tenders is 08 July 2026 at 16:00:00 CET
