This territorial study is being carried out at the request of the German Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB), with the intention to shift more attention of territorial policies to small and medium-sized towns as interfaces between urban and rural areas in national and European strategies for urban and spatial development.

Budget

The maximum available budget is EUR 80,000.00 (eighty thousand euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.

The deadline to submit tenders is 07 July 2026 at 15:00:00 CET
