Info Day ESPON 2030 in Bergamo

On Friday 24 March 2023, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the national info day of the ESPON 2030 Programme was held at the University of Bergamo, organised by the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Lombardy Region, entitled: 7 NEW CALLS FOR TENDERS – for European research territorial studies.

During the information event, the Interregional Cooperation Programme Interreg C Espon 2030 (EuropeanSpatial Planning Observation) and the contents of seven new calls for proposals, due to expire on 17 April 2023, were presented.

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Division 5 of the Directorate-General for Regional Development, Planning and International Projects, participated as Head of the National Delegation of the Programme Monitoring Committee and was represented at the Bergamo info day by the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Edoardo Rixi.

It was an opportunity to present the first 7 calls for Applied Research of the ESPON2030 Programme related to the 4 Thematic Actions Plans in progress:

TAP ‘Climate Neutral Territories’

Territorial cooperation for blue renewable energy [CoBren]

TAP “Governance of the new geographies” launched two different calls:

Territorial governance of non-standard geographies [No-Stageo]

Territorial Analysis of Decentralised Energy Markets [TANDEM]

TAP “Places resilient to crises”

4) Territorialising Resilience: Transforming Europe for an Age of Crisis [TERRES]

TAP ‘Perspective for all people and places’

5) Access to affordable and quality housing for all people [HouseForAll]

6) Overlapping crises (re)shaping the future of regional labour markets [OVERLAP]

Horizontal issues

7) A Barometer on average income for European regions [BAROWEALTH]

The event was attended by ESPON EGTC Director Wiktor Szydarowski, who presented the ESPON2030 Programme and the main new features.

The way to attend the meeting was hybrid, more than 50 people were present.

INFO DAY ESPON 2023.03.24 BERGAMO

Venerdì 24 marzo 2023, dalle 10 alle 13, si è tenuto – presso l’Università di Bergamo – l’info day nazionale del Programma ESPON 2030, organizzato dal Ministero delle Infrastrutture e Regione Lombardia dal titolo: 7 NEW CALLS FOR TENDERS – for European research territorial studies.

Durante l’evento informativo è stato presentato il Programma di Cooperazione Interregionale Interreg C Espon 2030 (European Spatial Planning Observation) e i contenuti di sette nuovi bandi pubblicati, con scadenza 17 aprile 2023.

Il Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti, Divisione 5 della Direzione Generale per lo sviluppo del territorio, la pianificazione e i progetti internazionali, ha partecipato in qualità di Capo Delegazione nazionale del Comitato di sorveglianza del programma ed è stato rappresentato all’info day di Bergamo dal viceministro delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti, Edoardo Rixi.

È stata l’occasione per presentare i primi 7 bandi di Ricerca Applicata del Programma ESPON2030 relativi alle 4 Thematic Actions Plans in corso:
