We are pleased to share the first results from the ESPON project [HOUSE4ALL] Access to Affordable and Quality Housing for All in the form of a short leaflet that was first presented during the ESPON seminar in Mons. 

The leaflet showcases new findings from web scraping data, offering an in-depth look at regional housing affordability for both rentals and purchases across Europe. Additionally, it also presents the initial results on national housing price distributions across European countries, offering valuable insights into the current housing market landscape.
